Christian meditation is a form of prayer in which a structured attempt is made to become aware of and reflect upon the word & revelations of God. step one get the word inside of you. Psa 1:4  The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. While I was praying in tongues, I would listen to the MP3 Bible and meditate on the word.
